COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Good communication is essential for a successful and productive forensic unit, and yet training for forensic professionals to improve their communication skills is often overlooked. Implementing communication training could have a great impact on reducing the majority of issues within the unit, such as decreased performance, errors in casework, personality conflicts, missed deadlines, and confusion amongst team members.
