Any individual who has previously been an Active Member in good standing with the PNWD-IAI is eligible for a membership reinstatement through December 31st of the same calendar year in which membership lapsed. If the lapsed timeframe has extended beyond the calendar year in which membership lapsed, the member will then need to fill out the New Membership application and provide a sponsor name. A lapse in membership will not necessarily change your membership number, however, it will affect your ability to reach Life Active status.
