NEW MEMBERSHIP - an invoice payable by Credit Card or Check will be sent to your email via Quickbooks once your application is processed.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL - payment can be made by PayPal, Credit Card, or Check. For Credit Card (not through PayPal) or Check - please select the Invoice option.
INVOICE - An invoice payable by Credit Card or Check will be sent to your email via Quickbooks once your application is processed. There will be a time delay of multiple days with this option.
PAYPAL - Payments can be made immediately.
BATCH INVOICING - If your agency pays for multiple individuals at one time, please select the INVOICE option. Upon receipt of your individual invoice - forward to your agency's payor. Please also have your payor email membership@pnwdiai.org with a list of members included in the batch invoice.
